LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW: Missed or late cancelled appointments without at least one business day notice are subject to a fee.  For Monday appointments, notice of a Monday cancellation must be received by the preceding business day. You will be responsible for paying the fee for late cancelled or missed appointments, and insurance will not be billed. The fee will be charged to your card on file the day of the appointment, as agreed upon in our billing policy. If you do not have a card on file, the fee will need to be paid before your next session.  Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in termination of services, as described under “PATIENT TERMINATION” below. Fees for missed or late cancelations are as follows (with exception to legal consultations FEES FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS): $125 fee for medication management (visits with NP) and a $90 fee for therapy/counseling (visits with LMHC).
