Appointment Fees

Medication Management:

• Insurance pay: Varies based on services rendered. In-network with with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Premera, Anthem, Moda, Pacific Source of Oregon, Kaiser, and Aetna. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

• Out of pocket: First time new patient visit: $350, Follow-up visit: $250

EMDR, Counseling, Therapy:

• In-network with Premera, Blue Cross, Regence plans

• Out of pocket: $225 for initial 90 minute evaluation, $180 for each 55-minute follow up

• Group therapy is $90 for each 2-hour session
